heartburn, healthy Skin, hair, Cures Cough, Flu. Yummy
to have & kids love it a lot. Nutritious summer cooler that you can prepare
in a few minutes. This drink is so simple to make yet satisfying and
delicious!!
Here I share with you all, how to make yummy Rose milk.

- If you are vegan, instead of milk, add vegan-plant based milk like coconut milk, almond milk or soy milk

Ingredients:
- Boiled and chilled Milk- 1½ cup
- Rose milk essence- 10 drops. ( if u like to add few more drops)
- Sugar-2 tbsp
- Sabja seeds/ Basil seeds - 1 tsp
Preparation:

Take
1tsp of Sabja seeds soak well with 2 tbsp of water for 10 min.
Method:
· 1.Take a glass, Add soaked Sabja
seeds, rosewater essence. Mix it.
· 2.Then add 2tbsp of sugar and mix well.

3. Add Boiled and chilled milk, mix well till
the sugar dissolve.
·
serve yummy, delicious, summer coolant rose milk to your loved ones.

Step1: Take 1tsp of Sabja seeds in a bowl, soak
well with 2 tbsp of water.
Step 2: Take a glass. Add soaked Sabja seeds.
Step 3: Add rosewater essence. Mix it.
Step 4: Then add 2tbsp of sugar and mix well.
Ste 5: Add Boiled and chilled milk and mix well
till the sugar dissolve. And serve it cool.
