Bread Jamun/Bread Gulab Jamun is a delicious dessert you can make it simple. The best alternative way to prepare Gulab Jamun using bread. It was prepared during festive times like Diwali or any instant occasion. Kids love it a lot. You can use leftover bread for making this recipe and it won’t go wrong. Bread Gulab Jamun may be bliss for your taste buds. This recipe is so simple to make yet satisfying and delicious!!

Here I share with you all how to make Bread Gulab Jamun with few ingredients.

 Ingredients: 

Milk

¼ cup

Bread Slices

4

Milk powder

½ tbsp

Lemon juice

½ tsp

Sugar, Water

1 cup

Cardamom

3

oil

Required  to deep fry

Saffron, Pistachio (optional)

Few to Garnish

 

 

 

 

 

 



Method:

Sugar syrup :

  •         Take a Pan, Add 1cup of water and 1 cup of sugar and boil it in high flame. Stir occasionally.
  •         Add lemon juice, crushed cardamom, a pinch of saffron strands Mix and boil well, until sugar syrup comes to one string consistency.
  •         Turn off the flame and keep it aside.
  •         Once the Bread Gulab Jamun ready to soak in the syrup. Boil the syrup for 5 min and add the Jamun to the syrup.                                                                      

Bread Gulab Jamun :

  •         Cut the sides of the bread.
  •         Blend it well into fine powder like bread crumbs.
  •         Take a bowl to add powdered bread, Milk powder, and mix well.
  •         Add warm milk step by step, knead to a soft dough.
  •         Make small balls from the dough without any crack on the balls. (apply ghee in       your hands to avoid sticky)
  •         Heat a pan with enough oil to deep fry the Jamun balls.
  •         Gently add the bread Jamun and fry it in low flame.
  •         Stir it in between, until the balls turn a golden brown color.
  •         Once the ball fried, add it immediately into the hot sugar syrup.
  •         Cover with the lid; Let it soak for at least 2 hours.
  •         Garnish with chopped pistachios, and serve it warm or cold.

 

Now yummy delicious instant Bread Gulab Jamun is ready to serve. Try it in your kitchen, surprise your kids with instant Bread Jamun.

   Step 12: Garnish with chopped pistachios, and serve it warm or cold.

Kara Boonthi/Masala Boonthi is a simple fried snack. It is one of the popular festive snacks in south India for all special occasions, especially for Diwali. It is a crispy & little spicy recipe. It is an excellent and easy snack recipe to make within a few mins and it goes well with coffee or tea. Come!! I will share with you the step by step method of making crispy spicy Kara Boonthi in a simple way.

Ingredients:
1.        Rice flour- 2tbsp
2.        Besan  flour - 1 ½ cup
3.        Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
4.        Chili powder-1tsp
5.        Salt to taste.
6.        Baking soda ( small pinch)
7.        Curry leaves, cashews (few)
8.        Pepper powder (optional)
  Method:
1.     Take 1 ½ cup of besan flour in a bowl.
2.     Add  2tbsp of Rice flour ½ tsp turmeric powder,1tsp chili powder, a pinch of baking soda, salt to taste, Mix well.
3.     Add water slowly and mix well.
4.     Prepare a batter in little watery consistency. ( batter should not be too thin nor too thick)).
5.      Turn on the flame, Take a pan and add enough cooking oil to deep fry.
6.     Take perforated spoon &Gently pour the batter on the perforated spoon/ jalli karandi.
7.     Batter drops down through the holes into the oil.
8.     Now gently sauté the Kara Boonthi’s.
9. Strain the oil and collect Kara Boonthi’s in the bowl.
10.  Follow the same with the remaining batter.
11.  Garnish it with fried curry leaves and cashews.
12.  If u want more salt &spicy. Sprinkle little salt & pepper powder or chili powder.
13.  Store it in an airtight container. 
     
                      Serve and enjoy Kara Boothi with a good cup of tea/coffee.

   Step 7: Batter drops down through the holes into the oil.

                                      
Step 8: Now gently sauté Kara Boonthi’s. 


                                                                                                       
Step 9: Strain the oil and collect Kara Boonthi’s in the bowl.

     

Step 10: Follow the same with the remaining batter.



Step 11:Garnish it with add fried cashews and curry leaves.

      

Step 12: Add pepper powder/chili powder and salt, if u need spicier (optional)


       

Step 13: Store it in an airtight container. Serve and enjoy the spicy and crispy kara Boonthi with a good tea /coffee.

RasaMalai /RossoMalai/ Roshmolai a traditional sweet recipe originated from Bangladesh. This is one of the royal recipes with limited ingredients. Rasa Malai is one of the best desserts for every meal during festive and ceremonial occasions in India & Pakistan. Soaking paneer balls with sugar syrup is Rasagulla but Rasamalai is a little creamier. Malai is more delicious and healthy for kids. They love it a lot. It is a long-lasting sweet recipe, we can store in a refrigerator for a week.  I love Rasamalai a lot. After, I learned to make Rasamalai at home. I stopped buying it in the shops. Such an easy recipe to make instantly with 3 ingredients available in every kitchen. Thinking and typing about Rasamalai stimulate my taste buds to have it again and again. I can’t wait to share this recipe with you.  Here, I share with the step by step pictorial procedure.

Ingredients
  •       Milk -1 liter.
  •       Water- 1cup.
  •       Sugar - 3/4 cup.
  •       Cardamom powder-1/4tsp
  •        pistachio(chopped) - 5 
  •        Saffron- small pinch.
Method:

Process 1:
  •      Take a pan to boil 500ml of milk, after the milk boils, add 1tsp of lemon juice or vinegar in it and stir well until all milk curdles.
  •         Now strain it with a white cloth and drain the water completely. Collect the paneer or chenna.
  •         Knead the paneer well and make it as a small ball and flatten it.
  •         Do the same with the remaining and keep it aside.
Process 2:
  •       Take a pan to boil 1 cup of water.
  •         Add 1/2cup of sugar and stir well for 5 min and make sugar syrup.
  •        Then gently add the flatten paneer balls in the sugar syrup. Close the pan with a lid and cook well for 10 min.
  •       Then Squeeze the sugar syrup from the balls gently between the spoons. (📌Don’t give Too much pressure to squeeze the sugar syrup )
  •        Keep it in a box. 
Process 3:
·         Take a pan to boil 500 ml of milk.
·         Add ¼ cup of sugar; Boil it in low flame and stir well for every 2 minutes.
·         While stirring, collect the milk skin at the side of the pan using a spoon.
·         Soak a pinch of saffron in a 1 tbsp of warm milk for 5 min,  After the milk gets thicken, add the soaked saffron milk, 1/4tsp cardamom powder.
·         Switch off the flame, mix well.
·      Pour the thickened milk into the flattened Rasamali balls. Garnish it with pistachio and Serve the chill Rasamalai to your loved ones and enjoy it and store it in a refrigerator for3 hours and serve the juicy, chill Rasamalai to your loved ones.

Step10: Keep it in a box.



Step11: Take a pan to boil 500 ml of milk.


 Step12: Add ¼ cup of sugar, Boil it in low flame, stir well for every 2 minutes.


Step13: collect the milk skin at the side of the pan using a spoon.


Step14: Soak a pinch of saffron in a 1 tbsp of warm milk for 5 min. Add saffron milk,1/4tspcardamom powder.



Step15: Pour the thickened milk into the flattened Rasamali balls garnish it with pistachio and store it in a refrigerator for3 hours. You can store this Rasamalai for 1 week in the Refrigerator.


   

     


              
              Serve the chill Rasamalai to your loved ones and enjoy it.
