Fish fry is an easy recipe, making masala for fish fry talks about the taste of it.  Adding the flavored spices and marinating it will enhance the taste. The aroma of the masala pulls the Fish lovers to the kitchen while cooking.  It is an outer crispy & inner soft recipe. You can have this with ghee rice, coconut rice, plain rice with fish curry or you can have by itself.  It is a simple and tasty recipe to make. Come!! I will share you the step by step method of making crispy and tasty Fish fry in a simple way.

Ingredients:
1.        Fish- 6 pieces
2.        Ginger & Garlic paste- 1tbsp
3.        Turmeric powder-1/2  tsp
4.        Coriander powder-1 tsp
5.        Cumin powder- 1tsp
6.        Garam masala- 1tsp
7.        Chili powder-1/2 tbsp
8.        Lemon juice-1tsp
9.        Salt to taste.
10.   Oil- 5tbsp for shallow fry
 Method:
    1.   Cut, Clean, wash the fish pieces with salt & turmeric powder.
2.    Take a plate, add Ginger & Garlic paste- 1tbsp, Cumin powder- 1tsp,Garam    
   Masala- 1tsp, Chili powder-1/2 tbsp. mix well.
   3.    Add ½ lemon juice, mix well and make a thick masala paste.
   4.    Take little masala paste and coat it on all the sides of the fish piece.
   5.    Do the same with the remaining fish pieces, keep aside.
   6.      Let it marinate for at least 1 hour.
   7. Turn on the flame, Take a pan and add 5tbsp of cooking oil for shallow fry.
   8.     Gently add the one or two pieces of fish at a time and cook it, leave it for5 min. then, flip to the other side and cook for 5 min well in low flame.
   9.     Strain the oil and take the fish pieces.
  10.  Follow the same with the other fish pieces.
  11.  Garnish it with curry leaves and lemon pieces and serve it.
          
                 Now, Mouthwatering Fish fry is ready to serve with fish curry, coconut milk rice, ghee rice, or with plain rice.

Step1: Cut, Clean and wash the fish pieces with salt & turmeric powder.

Step9: Stain the oil and take the fish pieces, Follow the same with the other fish pieces.

  
Step 10: Garnish it with curry leaves and lemon pieces. and serve it.
  
 

 Serve the spicy and tasty mouth-watering Fish fry with coconut rice, ghee rice, plain rice.

Ingredients: 
  •          Boiled and chilled Milk- 1½ cup
  •          Rose milk essence- 10 drops. ( if u like to add few more drops)
  •          Sugar-2 tbsp
  •            Sabja seeds/ Basil seeds - 1 tsp

Preparation:
·        Take 1tsp of Sabja seeds soak well with 2 tbsp of water for 10 min.
Method:
·        1.Take a glass, Add soaked Sabja seeds, rosewater essence. Mix it.
·        2.Then add 2tbsp of sugar and mix well.
·        3. Add Boiled and chilled milk, mix well till the sugar dissolve.




·                      
                 serve yummy, delicious, summer coolant rose milk to your loved ones.

Coconut milk Rice is one of the healthiest and tastiest rice recipes. It suits with non-veg curry and truly satisfies the meal of the day! Here, I will explain to you all, how to make coconut rice in the pressure cooker method, which is more famous in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. For making coconut milk rice,  you can use regular rice or seeraka samba rice or basmati rice. I used regular rice to make this recipe. Adding Coconut milk extract, coconut oil will add flavor to the rice. Veg and Non-veg curry go well with this. I like to have mutton curry, mutton sukka along with coconut rice gives an amazing taste & it will stimulate your taste bud to want more and more.

Ingredients:
  •     Regular Rice-1½ cup-Water Ratio (1: 1.5)
  •     Coconut oil  -2 tbsp
  •      Ghee- 1 tbsp (skip if you are vegan)
  •   Mustard seeds- 1tsp
  •      Onion (chopped)- 1/2 cup
  •      Green Chilly -4
  •      Ginger Garlic paste-1tbsp
  •      Bay leaf -1
  •      Stone flower -3
  •      Cinnamon- 2( 1-inch)
  •      Cloves-5
  •      Cardamom-4
  •      Star Anise -1
  •      Curry leaves- few
  •      Mint leaves-( one full hand)
  •      Salt- req 
Preparation
  •         Wash and soak the rice for 10 min.
  •         Take 1 ½ cup of grated coconut, add water, extract 1 ½ cup coconut milk.
Method:
·        Heat a pressure cooker pan with coconut oil, ghee. add, mustard, curry leaves, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, star anise, fennel seeds, and sauté it.
·        Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté well, until raw smell goes.
·        Add chopped onion, green chili. mint leaves, Saute well until onion turns glossy.
·        Add 1 -1/2 cup coconut milk and 1cup water and mix well. 
·        Add Rice and Check for salt, Mix well. 
·        Close the lid and cook for 5 whistles in low flame for regular rice.
            note : (20min soaked basmati rice -1 whistle in low flame rest for 10 min; 20min soaked
            Seeraka samba  rice -3 whistle in low flame and rest 10 min )
·        Turn off the flame and rest for 10min. 
Serve the tasty Tasty Coconut rice with Aloo green peas curry or mutton sukka or any non-veg curry.

 Prep Step 1:Wash and soak the rice for 10 min
  Prep step 2 : Take 1 ½ cup of grated coconut, add water, extract 1 ½ cup coconut milk.

    Note : (20min soaked basmati rice -1 whistle, turn off the flame and rest for 10 min; 20min soaked seeraka samba  rice -3 whistle, turn off the flame and rest 10 min
   

      

Serve the tasty Tasty Coconut rice with Aloo green pea’s curry or mutton sukka, liver fry  or non-veg curry

Here I share with you all how to make to Nungu/Palm Fruit Milkshake.

Ingredients:
  •   Milk- 2 cups
  •  Nungu/Palmfruit -2
  • Condensedmilk/Sugar 4tbsp
  • Vanilla ice-cream
  • Saffron strands-few
  • ChoppedPistachio-ToGarnish.
      
Method:
  •         Peel the skin of Ice apple and keep it aside.
  •         Take Boiled and chilled milk in a bowl.
  •    Add 4tbsp condensed milk/sugar, mix well.
  •    Add Saffron strands and mix well.
  •         Blend the palm fruit well using a blender.
  •         Mix well with the milk. and gently pour it in the serving glass.
  •         Add vanilla ice-cream on the top.
  •        Garnish it with some chopped Pistachio. serve it cool.
     Yummy !!! Nungu/Palm fruit/Iceapple Milkshake is ready to taste.

Step1:   Peel the skin of Ice apple and keep it aside.


 Step2: Add 1/4cup  of condensed milk, Mix well.




 Step3:  Add 4tbsp  of condensed milk, Mix well.



Step4: Blend the ice apple using the blender and blend well.

  Step 5: Add Saffron strands to the milk and mix it.



Step6: Add the blended ice apple to the milk and mix it well.


Step 7:  Pour Ice apple in the serving glass and add 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream.


Step8: Garnish with pistachio and serve it chill






Yummy !!! Nungu/Palm fruit/Iceapple Milkshake is ready to taste.
