Paal payasam is a traditional sweet recipe of a South India and this is one of the simplest recipes u can never come across. Payasam is one of the best ending dishes in every meal during festive and ceremonial in south India. Many varieties of payasam are there, but pal payasam is a little more delicious and healthy one to have for kids and they love it too.
Come! I will share with you all, how to make Paal payasam recipe in simple and quicky. Try this in your kitchen. I hope you all Love it 💓💓

Ingredients
  •     Ghee -1 tbsp
  •      Sago-1/4cup
  •      Vermicelli- 1/8 cup
  •      Milk 3 cups
  •      Water 2 cups
  •      Cardamom- 4
  •      Cashews- 10
  •      Raisins-10
  •      Almond & pistachio(chopped) - 5 (optional)
  •      Saffron- 3 string(optional
  •      Condensed milk – 1/2 cup (can use sugar)
 Preparation
  •    Heat a pan with1 tbsp ghee & roast cashews, raisins, pistachio, almonds and keep aside.
  •       Take a pan dry roast sago and vermicelli & keep aside.
 Method:
  •  Take a pan to add 3 cups of milk and  2 cups of water cook it.
  •   Add the roasted sago, vermicelli, and Keep side.
  • Now add the roasted sago and vermicelli to the milk, boil it until sago turns glossy.
  •  Add condensed milk or sugar & mix well and let it boil for 5 minutes.
  • Add Cardamom powder and cashews, raisins pistachio almonds and saffron strings to garnish.   
        Serve the tasty  Paal Payasam !!!!

Pictorial step by step Method:

Step 1:  Add 1 tbsp ghee and roast cashews, raisins, almonds, and pistachio & dry roast sago and vermicelli. Keep aside separately 


Step 2:  Boil milk and water.

 Step 3:  Add sago and vermicelli in it .cook well until it turns glossy.
                                                   
              
Step4:  Add Condensed milk or sugar. Mix well &let it boils

Step5: Then, add all the roasted dry fruits and add a saffron string to garnish.

             Now the yummy!!!  Paal payasam is ready to serve.😋😋😋

 Paal Paniyaram recipe -Sweet recipe 
   
Paal Paniyaram is a simple Chettinad sweet recipe, which is easy to make instantly as a healthy evening snack for everyone. Here it is!!! how to prepare Paal Paniyaram recipe with step by step pictures. Hope you all love it 💓


🔖Course: Sweet  
🔖Cuisine: Indian-South Indian.
🕒Preparation Time: 15 minutes
🕒Cooking time: 20 Minutes
Soaking time: 3 hours
😋Serving: 4 members
  
Ingredients:

Raw rice- 1/2 cup
Urad dhal- 1/2 cup
Coconut milk - 1 cup
Sugar-1/4 cup (Req)
Salt- 1/4tsp
Cardamom - 4(Powder it)
Cooking oil- Required to deep fry



Instructions 
  • First Wash and soak raw rice, urad dal together for 3 hours and grind well to a smooth  Fluffy batter (not watery).
  •  Mix salt to the batter and beat well.
  • Secondly, grind the coconut with water and extract 1 cup of coconut milk. (Use 1/4 cup of water)
  • Add the powdered cardamom and sugar to the coconut milk stir well till sugar dissolves and keeps aside.
  • Take oil in Kadai and heat. Set the flame to Low once oil hot.
  • From the prepared batter make a small ball and drop into the oil. Cook well till it turns a light golden color.
  • Add the coconut milk to the fried golden balls and keep aside, let it soak with coconut milk for 15 min. 
  • Now Paal Paniyaram is ready to serve. 
 Pictorial Instructions  to make Paal Paniyaram:

Step 1: Take1 cup of Urad and Raw rice soak well for at least 3 hours.  Grind well to a light fluffy batter.   
                                               



                                          
Step 2:   Grind the coconut and extract 1 cup of coconut milk. Then add Cardamom powder, Sugar in it, and stir well.
                                                  
                                           
Step 3: Heat the oil in a Kadai and make the batter into a small ball, drop it gently into the oil. Cook well until balls turns a light golden color

                                   
                             
  Step 4:  Now gently add the coconut milk to the golden balls. Keep aside.



Step 5:let it soak for 15 minutes and serve.

                           

                           

    


                  Now, yummy! Paal Paniyaram is ready to be served.😋😋
